Adeline McFarling Obituary
Adeline McFarling, 90, passed away Friday, May 25, 2012 at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City. She was born on March 8, 1922 to the late Victor and Mary (Koedam) Weisenberger.
She was married on July 4, 1940 to David McFarling. Together, they owned and operated the Frostop Drive-in. Adeline was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church.
Surviving is her daughter, Vicki Brewer and husband, James of Chattanooga, TN; grandchildren, Vija Long, James Brewer, II and Kira Headlee; five great grandchildren.
Preceding Adeline in death are her parents and husband, and a sister, Joyce Haywood.
Funeral service will bee at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 28, 2012 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Father Dennis Duvelius will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00-7:00p.m.and Monday 9:00 a.m until service time at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church or a favorite charity.
