Barbara Baert, 73, formally of Pembroke Pines, FL, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.
She was born in New Jersey on February 23,1941 to the late Joseph and Rose (Cindrella) Costello.
Barbara was married on September 12, 1964 to Tom Baert, who survives. She retired from Bank of America and enjoyed crafts, dancing, knitting, bird watching, puzzles, cooking, playing slot machines and collecting music boxes.
Surviving is her husband Tom of Tell City; daughters, Kimberly (Andrew) Lasher of Gatchel and Michelle (Michael) Runde of Cumming, GA; a sister, Pattie (Ron) Klair of Longwood, FL; two grandchildren, Thomas Lasher and Parker Runde.
Funeral services will be at 6:00 P.M. CST on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00-6:00 P.M. CST.
