Brenda Boone Obituary

Brenda Boone, 80, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville.

She was born in Troy, IN on October 31, 1935 to the late Jacob and Hazel (Nichelson) Orander.

Also preceding her in death are first husband, Albert "Joe" Olberding, second husband, Clyde Boone and a son, Joseph.

Brenda had worked at Woodcrafters. She was a member of Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed painting, reading and music.

Surviving are her children, Mary Mason, Kenny Olberding (Kathy), Kathy McManaway, Jim Olberding and Becky Carman (Ron), all of Tell City; sister Mary Bowman of Lafayette and Lucy Fuchs of Tell City; 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11am CST on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Troy Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 2-8pm and 9-11am at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
