Brian Nugent Obituary

Brian Nugent, 49, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 from injuries sustained in a car accident near Cannelton.

Brian was born July 13, 1964. An avid outdoors man, he enjoyed fishing, four wheelers, hunting arrowheads, his dog, Bubba and NASCAR.

Surviving is his mother, Kathryn "Cass" (Worthan) Nugent of Tell City; sisters, Lisa Dutschke of Troy, Kim Cronin of Tell City, Stacy Mullen of Grandview and Tammy Hodgman of Tell City.

Preceding him in death is his father, Kenneth Nugent, a brother, Bruce Nugent and grandparents, Claude and Margaret Worthan.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM CST on Saturday, January 4, 2013 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Paul Alvey will officiate. Burial will follow in Troy City Cemetery. Visitation will be at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00-8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00-11:00AM at the funeral home.
