Clarence E. Huebschman, 87, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Evanston, IN on August 13, 1927 to the late Charles and Anna (Bauer) Huebschman.
Clarence was a Marine veteran, having served in Korea. He was united in marriage on February 11, 1961 to Lynn L. Wheeler. He was a lifelong farmer, member of St. John's Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 213 and V.F.W. Post 2939. He enjoyed gardening, fishing and playing cards.
Surviving is his wife, Lynn L. Huebschman of Troy, IN; daughters, LeAnne Simon (Earl) of Troy, IN, Tamara A. Huebschman of Falls Church, VA, and Allyson Hoffman (Shannon) of Jasper, IN; sisters, Leona Kleaving of St. Marks, IN and Marcella Slack of Ft. Worth, TX; three grandchildren, Whitney L. Payne (Kenny), Kendra Posey and Addison Hoffman; two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Kayden Payne.
Preceding him in death are his parents; brothers, Werner, Harry and Robert Huebschman; and sisters, Selma Lorenz and Mildred Mulzer.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Daniel Gadbaw and Nancy Hall will officiate. Burial will follow in St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 3:00-7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00-10:00 AM at the funeral home.
