Juanita Plunkitt Obituary
Juanita Katherine Plunkitt, 87, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City, IN. She was born in Akron, IN on February 7, 1926 to the late Harvey Davis and Faye (Kamp) Grogg.
Juanita retired from P.R. Mallory in Frankfort, IN. She was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are children, Teresa L. Eubank of Tell City, IN, Marcia (Rick) Russell of Carolina Beach, NC and Gary A. (Susie) Plunkitt of Frankfort, IN; brothers, Richard Davis of Claypool, IN and Marvin Davis of Warsaw, IN; a sister, Mildred Creager of North Manchester, IN; grandchildren, Brian Plunkitt, Mickey Plunkitt, Kelley Click, James Eubank and Rose Hinman; six great grandchildren, Kiefer, Liam and Brenna Plunkitt, Grant Eubank-Kirtley, Jason and Audra Wampler.
Proceeding her in death is her husband, Robert Plunkitt in 1999; a son in law, Charles Eubank, her parents and a brother, Francis Davis.
Funeral services will be at Noon EST on Thursday, December 19, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 2121 S. Gopher Drive, Frankfort, IN 46041. Mike Peterson, branch president, will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the church. Burial will follow in Green Lawn Cemetery in Frankfort.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that you support your local Toys for Tots or other acts of kindness.
