June Tuggle

June Tuggle, 81, passed away December 24, 2017 at her residence in Tell City, Indiana.

She was born June 1, 1936 to Edward J. and Jesse L. (Crick) Howe of Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. She married Donald Eugene Tuggle on February 20, 1954.

June was employed at General Electric and was a housewife. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, horses, and reading.

June is survived by her children, Lynn Wade (Cliff) of Kansas City, MO, Kim Uppencamp (Ron) of Winslow, IN, Kevin Tuggle (Brenda) of Jasper, IN, and Dawna Tuggle of Tell City, IN; her siblings, Juanita Osborne of Cleveland, OH, Betty Lain of Tell City, IN, and Audrey Howe of Tell City, IN; 5 grandchildren, Zack Miller, Jessica Stroud, Jason and Clint Uppencamp, and Ashley Claise; and 4 great-grandchildren, Kat Miller, Landon Uppencamp, and Luke and Owen Stroud.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald; her sister, Cotton Hendershot; and her brother, Rick Howe.

Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm Thursday, December 28 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Troy. June's nephew, Billy Lain will officiate. Visitation will be from 12 Noon - Service time Thursday at the funeral home.
