She was born in Red Banks, NJ on September 26, 1925 to the late Anthony and Rose (Boncore) Talarico.
She worked as a cashier for the electric department at City Hall. She was united in marriage on February 16, 1947 to Cletus H. Foster. They had just celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.
Louise was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church adn the Daughters of Isabella, Knights of Columbus Women’s Auxiliary and the American Legion Post 213 Ladies Auxiliary.
Surviving is husband, Cletus H. Foster; a son, Rodger and his wife, Linda Foster; sisters, Christine Bruno and Tomasina Rose Sage, both of New Jersey; grandsons, Nealson Foster and wife, Amy and Dexter Foster and wife, Amanda; great-grandchildren, Aidan and Dylan Foster.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home from 2:00-8:00PM and Tuesday from 8:30-9:30A.M.
The Daughters of Isabella will conduct a service at 6:30 PM Monday evening at the funeral home.
