Mamie Patmore Obituary

Mamie Joyce Patmore, 79, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Tell City.

Mamie was born April 4, 1934 to the late John and Evelyn (Arnold) Brown. Also preceding her in death are sisters, Betty Dunn and Barbara Hardesty.

She had worked at Woodcrafters, was a member of First United Methodist Church and enjoyed animals, Reading, doll collecting and going to yard sales.

Surviving are her sons, Gilbert E. (Elaine) Patmore, Jr. of Schererville, IN and William R. (Mitzi) Patmore of Tell City; a sister Wilma (Omer) Horsley of Brandenburg, KY; a brother, John (Becky) Brown of Sample, KY; a grandson, Matthew Patmore of Tell City.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM CST Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Lee Shepherd will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00-7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
