Marlin Durbin Obituary

Marlin Lee Durbin, 82, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at The Timbers of Jasper. He was born in Tell City, IN October 18, 1932.

Before returning to Tell City, Marlin had lived in Florida for 23 years, working for the City of Flagler Beach. He enjoyed reading and NASCAR.

Surviving are his children, Marlinda Brown of Tell City, Marilyn Hubert and Marsha Poehlein, both of Leopold, Marty Durbin of Tell City, and Mary Baur of Cannelton; brothers, Dennis and Charles Durbin ; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Proceeding him in death are parents, William Durbin and Annabell (Terry) Puckett; brothers, Billy and Randall; and the mother of his children, Marjorie DeWitt.

A Memorial service will be held at 6:00PM CST Monday, March 16, 2015 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00-6:00 PM.
