Mary Freeman, 82, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
She was born December 16, 1933 to Vernon and Lillie Jane (Turner) Cravens.
Mary was an avid bowler. She enjoyed sewing and being with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her children, Dan Freeman (Nickii) of Tell City, Karen Herzog (Chris) of Cannelton, Jason Freeman (Julie) of Newburgh and Ann Zuelly of Tell City; sisters, Priscilla Asche (George) of Arizona and Melba Fortwendel of Troy;
12 grandchildren, Derek Zuelly, Kurt and Craig Freeman, Ethan, Spencer and Hunter Herzog, Clayton Mogan, Megan and Nathan Freeman, Lindsay, Taylor and Jacob Freeman; three great-grandchildren, Silas and Zeke Zuelly, Gage Freeman.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Robert (Gordon) Freeman; a brother, Earl (Lefty) Cravens; sisters, Marcella Jacob, Georgia (Sally) Schroeder, Renna Powers, Helen Linne and Edie Snyder.
Funeral services will be at 10:30AM CST on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Zoercher-Gilllick Funeral Home. Pastor Dan Hopkins will officiate. Burial will follow in Troy Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 2-8pm and Wednesday 9-10:30am at the funeral home.
