Obituaries

Mary “Margie” Shackleford, 88, passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Tell City.

She was born in Evansville, IN on December 29, 1924 to Leo and Velma (Frizzell) Paulin.

A homemaker, Margie enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, listening to country music, watching T.V. and being with her family.

Surviving are her children, Carol (Randy) Henson of Tobinsport, Richard (Carol) Patmore of Centerville, IN and Dennis Patmore of Richmond, IN; sisters, Patty Rearden of Hawesville, KY and Anita Shepard of Appleton City, MO; 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is a son Robert “Bobby” Patmore; her parents; a sister Marina Paulin and brother, Charlie Paulin.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.  Pastor Andy Payton will officiate. Burial will follow St. Michael Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 3:00-8:00 P.M. and Tuesday 9:00-11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
