Nova Greathouse Obituary
Nova Greathouse, 82, passed away on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Rockport, IN. She was born in Central City, KY on December 6, 1929 to the late John and Lena (Kiper) Fraim.
Nova was married on December 3, 1961 to Willard "Al" Greathouse, who preceded her in death. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church. She and her husband were the owners of Al’s Glass in Grandview and she was a previous owner of Freezer Fresh Café in Tell City.
Surviving are her children, John Son and wife, Penny of Newtonville, IN, Terry Greathouse and wife, Linda of Lewisport, KY and Trish Basham and husband, Jim of Evanston, IN; sister Nella Tudor of Tell City, IN; six grandchildren, Jennifer Son, Michelle Son-Phillips, Natalie Lucas, Leah Greathouse, Meagan and Josh Basham; two great grandchildren, Raven and Bella.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM CST on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 3-8 PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
