Pat Tuggle, 70, passed away June 9, 2017 at Owensboro Health Regional Campus in Owensboro, Kentucky.
He was born on January 11, 1947 to Floyd and Clara Linne Tuggle.
Pat served in the Army as Sergeant with the 6th Battalion 14th Artillery during the Vietnam War. He was awarded 2 Purple Hearts and the Army Commendation Medal with "V" Device for Heroism.
He was a boilermaker, an animal lover, and enjoyed being on the Ohio River.
Pat is survived by his sons, Brett Tuggle (Jennifer) of Ferdinand, Indiana and Nathan Tuggle of Owensboro, Kentucky; two brothers, Bob Tuggle and Jack Tuggle of Troy, Indiana; and 4 grandchildren, Madeline, William, Owen Wayne, and Laney Grace.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Marion Schultise and Carolyn Snyder; and his brothers, Donald Tuggle and Floyd Tuggle.
A graveside Military Service will be Saturday, June 17 at the Troy Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 5 pm Saturday, June 17 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Perry County Humane Society.
