Patrice Walsh Obituary

Patrice Walsh, 63, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at IU Health-University Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born in Flora, IL on March 4, 1952 to Irene (Blakley) Barrett and the late Byron Barrett.

Patrice was a 1974 graduate Eastern Illinois University. She retired in 2013 from from the Division of Family and Children with the State of Indiana after 26 years. She was united in marriage on May 4, 1975 to Bob Walsh, who survives. Patrice was an avid reader, enjoyed yard work and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her husband, Bob of Tell City; children, Kris Walsh (Stephanie), Blair Walsh (Breanne) and Hannah Kleeman, all of Tell City; mother, Irene Barrett of Lawrenceville, IL; a sister Peggy Davis (Mike) of Lawrenceville, IL; grandchildren, Julia, Olivia, Mackenzie, Kendall, Emma and Maci Jo.

Visitation will be at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home on Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 3:00-7:00 PM CST. Graveside services will be private in Greenwood Cemetery.
