Ralph Howard Zuelly, 92, passed away January 18, 2018 at his home in Tell City of natural causes. He was born September 1, 1925 to John and Opal (Sulser) Zuelly of Tell City.
He was a 51 year employee of Swiss Plywood Corporation and a Marine Veteran of WWII. He was a member of the K of C, the VFW, and the American Legion. He enjoyed woodworking, the outdoors, and spending time with his family and many friends in the community.
Surviving Ralph is his wife of 71 years, LaVerne (Kleaving) Zuelly; five children, Beverly Kincaid, Howard Bub Zuelly, and Debbie Spinner of Tell City, Jayne Luttrell of Bailey, CO, and Bruce (Scott) Zuelly of Columbus, OH; 7 grandchildren, Chris (Amy) Kincaid, Greg (Caryn) Kincaid,Todd (Michelle) Kincaid, Eric (Heather) Kincaid, Kayci (Cory) Macke, Blair (Royle) Beach, Jill Hammack; 12 great-grandchildren; and brother, Lloyd Zuelly of Tell City.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and 2 sons-in-law, Steve Luttrell and Don Kincaid and a daughter-in-law, Jean Zuelly.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Monday, January 22 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with burial in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 – 6 pm Sunday, January 21 with a K of C Prayer Service at 6 pm and from 9 – 11 am Monday at the Funeral Home.
