Rosetta Purtzer Obituary
Rosetta Purtzer, 85, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013 at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City. Rosetta was born in Bristow, IN on August 30, 1928 to the late Earl and Edith (Clark) McKim.
Rosetta had managed BI-Low in Tell City and was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. She enjoyed being with family and traveling.
Surviving is her son, Cameron Lahee and wife, Karen of Kendallville, IN; a sister, Mildred "Billy" Simms of Cannelton, IN; two grandchildren, Taylor and Dawson Lahee.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Karl Lahee; second husband, Clayton "Bud" Purtzer; sisters, Flo and Gladys
Funeral services will be Thursday, December 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM CST at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Pastor Michael Mueller will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 PM and Thursday from 9:00AM until service time, at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church.
