Charlotte O'Brien Obituary

Charlotte O'Brien, 77, passed away March 5, 2019 at Owensboro Regional Health Hospital in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Born September 5, 1941, in Yankton, SD, she was the daughter of Charles and Helen Voigt Ridgway. She was united in marriage to James O'Brien on August 12, 1962. Charlotte worked in the office at the Dauby Body Shop and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, quilting, horses, and traveling.

Survivors include her husband, Jim; her sons, Jeff O'Brien (Tessa) of Tell City and James O'Brien of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; siblings, Cheryl Pick (Robert) of Kansas City, MO, Rick Ridgway of Yankton, SD, and Betty Lou Martin of Denver; 7 grandchildren, Cole, Cadin, Chase, Alex, Drevan, Hailey, and Chloe.

She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Bill and Bonnie Ridgway.

Funeral services will be held at 5 pm Saturday, March 9 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with Pastor Chip Jahn officiating. Private burial will be in St. Peter's UCC Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 – 5 pm Saturday, March 9 at the funeral home.
