Muriel Pekinpaugh Obituary
On July 15, 2019 around 4:50 am Muriel Pekinpaugh took her last breath on Earth followed by her first breath with the angels in Heaven. She lived her 92 years to the fullest by enjoying family-time, traveling, and quilting.
Born March 9, 1927 in New Cumberland, WV, she was the daughter of Oliver and Mary J. (Landers) Howell. She was a member of the Lilly Dale Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughters, Faye Seibert, Rosetta May (Dusty), and Wilma Robinson (Roger); 8 grandchildren, Jeff and Jim Richards, Sakina Ford (John), Kris Seibert, Steve Seibert (Patty), Sally Houzanme, Matt May (Danielle), and Andrea Robinson; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her 1st husband, Andrew Goffinet; her 2nd husband, Vernie Pekinpaugh; son, Phillip Goffinet; daughter, Carolyn Sue Richards; siblings, Bethel Howell, Marie Labhart, Ralph Howell, Vernon Howell, Alberta Goffinet, Vivian Dupont, Evelyn Simpson, Cecil Pekinpaugh, Bill Howell, and Paul Howell.
Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday, July 19 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Bro. Ed Olberding will officiate. Visitation will be from Noon to 3 pm Friday at the funeral home.
