Agnes' family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Oakwood Health Campus for their dedicated and compassionate care for the past 3 ½ years. The Heart to Heart Hospice group was very much appreciated as well. They went above and beyond to see that mom was resting comfortably and always well cared for.
A special thank you to Lori Cassidy who visited Agnes often. She is truly an angel on earth.
