“To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under the heaven; a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance.” Ecclesiastes 3
Alan Hugh Kessler, 77, passed away October 14, 2023, at his home in Tell City, IN.
He was born on April 1, 1946, in Evansville, IN, the son of the late Russell and Nadene (Taylor) Kessler. Alan was a 1964 graduate of Tell City High School. He was united in marriage to Donna Dauby on May 28, 1973, and together they shared 50 years of happiness.

Sports was another of Alan’s passions and he coached Little League baseball and football at Tell City Junior High for several years. Watching David and Jace play football was a definite highlight in his life. He enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, making wooden angels and creating stained glass pieces.

In addition to his parents, Alan was preceded in death by his brother John Kessler.
