Barbara Jo Farina, 53, passed away September 9, 2025, at her home in Tell City, IN, surrounded by her loved ones and her kitty cats.
She was born January 15, 1972, to the late Martha (Howland) Young.
Barb was united in marriage to Don Farina Jr. on June 25, 2005, at Santa Claus Christian Church. She currently owned her own business, Barb's Many Sauce and Catering. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 366 in St. Meinrad and the American Legion Riders Post 115 out of Winslow. Barb loved her kitty cats and dogs, being on the boat with her family, and riding on the back of the bike.
Surviving is her husband of 20 years, Don Farina Jr. of Tell City; her children, Lesslie Yano (Keith) of Hawesville, KY, Darren Cody Cartwright (Kaylee) of Hawesville, KY, and Sarah Dukes (Shawn) of Cannelton; her siblings, Cindy Ashley, Randall Young, Robert Young, Richard Young; 7 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her mother, Barb was preceded in death by her siblings, Ronald Young and Debra Cummins.
Funeral Services will be at held at 10:00am on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday and from 9:00am until service time Saturday. Pastor Joe Seger will officiate.
