Barry L. Richards

Barry Lee Richards, 74, of Tell City, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at his home.

He was born on November 28, 1949, in Tell City, IN, to the late Edward and Laura (Canarie) Richards.

Barry retired from Commonwealth Aluminum after 20 years of service. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Tell City and an Oblate of the Passionist Order in Whitesville, KY.

Surviving are his siblings, Kevin Richards of Cannelton, Tracy Richards (Terri) of Tell City, Melissa Groves (Dean) of Tell City, and Joe Richards (Cynthia) of Owensboro.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Monday, July 8, 2024, at St. Paul Catholic Church, with burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 8:00am to 9:30am on Monday, July 8, 2024, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home in Tell City, IN.
