Betty Abney Obituary
Betty J. Abney, 90, passed away March 3, 2021 at Golden Living Center.
She was born March 10, 1930 at Rockport, Indiana one of 11 children to the late Elijah Abner and Frances Carter and was the foster daughter of Myrtle and Albert Schaefer. She was a caregiver and was a member of the Red Hat Fine Ladies.
She is survived by her foster sister, Martha Schaefer.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her foster parents.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society.
