Bradford Lee Traphagen, 70, passed away Saturday October 29, 2022, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.
Born in Tell City, IN on September 7, 1952, he was the son of the late Howard Lee and Mary Alice (Lauer) Traphagen.
Brad was a 1970 graduate of Tell City High School and was a member of the National Guard. He managed Lauer Floral Company in Tell City for many years. Brad was on the Board of Directors for the Perry County Airport and had obtained his pilot's license and even co-owned his own plane. Brad was the Secretary of J.R. Poker Fest. He drove a drag car and enjoyed playing cards, drag racing, and NASCAR.
Survivors include his sister, Cheryl Schauberger of Evansville; his brothers, Craig (Sandy) Traphagen of Evanston and Keith (Bev) Traphagen of Renton, WA; several nieces and nephews.
Brad is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Friday November 4, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00pm and 10:00am to service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
