Delbert Brown

Delbert Brown, 73, passed away Wednesday March 10, 2021 in Tell City, IN after a long battle with cancer.
 

He was born August 12, 1947 in Tell City the son of the late Robert and Alvina (Kraus) Brown. Delbert had been employed at Maxon Marine and was a member of Local 374. He also owned and operated Brown's Motorcycle Sales, car washes and a laundry mat.

He enjoyed the outdoors, working at his farm, music,and tinkering.

Surviving are his children, Stephen (Jennifer) Brown of Tell City, IN, Susan (Pete) Riddle of Derby, IN; siblings, Connie Neyehaus of Tell City, IN, Jim Brown of Tell City, IN, Phyllis Addison, Ozark, MO, Dale Brown of St. Croix, IN, and a grandchild, Michele Brown.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday March 13, 2021 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with Burial in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
