Eva Brenner Obituary

Eva  Brenner, 95, died Friday, April 16, 2021.

She was the former Eva Alice Evans, born May 29, 1925 in Morgan County, Kentucky, the daughter of Mitchell and Ada Havens Evans.

Eva was a beloved wife and mother, a devout Catholic and enjoyed handicrafts, painting and reading.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Brenner; grandson, Brian Hignite; and several siblings.

She is survived by children, Vicki Hignite (David), Tonye Taylor, Tina Held (Tom), Terri Crawford (Steve) and Michele Duncan (Dan); grandchildren, Traci Taylor, Scotty Taylor, Aaron Duncan and Austin Duncan; great grandson, Devin Taylor; and great grandsons, Zachary and Zaccheus Taylor.

Visitation is 2-7pm EST Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky.

A second visitation begins at 12pm CST Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home, 920 10th Street, Tell City, Indiana and will be followed by her funeral service at 3pm CST at the funeral home and burial in St. Mary Cemetery, also in Tell City, Indiana.
