John Stiles

John David Stiles, 52, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023.

He was born on May 17, 1971, in Tell City, IN, to Wayne and Betty (LeClere) Stiles.

John was a 1989 Tell City High School graduate. He went on to graduate from Western Kentucky University where he also played golf for the Hilltoppers.

He was an avid golfer and member of the Hoosier Heights Country Club. John was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed landscaping, cooking, and fishing.

Surviving are his father, Wayne Stiles of Tell City; daughter, Cassidy Stiles of Nashville, TN; son, Noah Stiles of Rockport; sister, Kerri Stiles of Tell City; brother, Derrick Stiles of Tell City; niece, Gracie Zuelly; and nephews, Kutler Stiles and Gavin Zuelly.

John was preceded in death by his mother Betty.

Funeral Services will be held at 10am on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at St. Paul's Catholic Church with Fr. Luke Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2pm to 8pm on Monday, November 20, 2023, and from 8am to 9:30am on Tuesday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.
