John Stofft

John E. Stofft, 70, passed away in his home on Friday May 6, 2022.

He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 4, 1951 to Jeanette Mulzer Stofft and Marvin Stofft.

John grew up in Tell City, Indiana and graduated from Tell City High School in 1969. In his youth and early adulthood he excelled in baseball. He played on the American Legion League and at Indiana University. John lived most of his life in Newburgh or Boonville, Indiana and ran a steel fabricating business. He enjoyed raising thoroughbred race horses on his farm in Boonville for many years.

He is survived by his daughter Danielle (Nathan) Nord and his two grandchildren, Benjamin and Morgan, all of Newburgh, IN.

Preceding him in death were his parents.
