Kenneth Randall Bolin, 90, of Tell City, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at Oakwood Health Campus, in Tell City, IN.
He was born February 5, 1934, in Cannelton, IN, the son of Oscar and Sarah Bolin. Kenny was united in marriage to Connie Bolin on June 6, 1992.
Kenny had worked for Tell City Chair Company, Can Clay, and later retired from Schwab Safe. He was a member of the VFW Post 2939 and enjoyed playing music. He loved his dog Dixie but most of all he loved his family.
Surviving are his wife of 32 years, Connie Bolin; daughters, Carla (Cory) Faulkenberg of Cannelton and Priscilla Phillips of Cannelton; stepchildren, Carlene (Dan) Tyring of Washington, Joanie Walls of Etowah, TN, Karen (Larry) Beier of St. Meinrad, Mike Schwindel, of Evanston, Carl (Dana) Schwindel, Jr. of Etowah, TN, and Pat (BJ) Stallman of Evanston; siblings, Larry Bolin of Evansville and Danny Bolin (Georgeann) of Tell City; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; 33 step-grandchildren, 36 step-great-grandchildren, and 5 step-great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Kenny was preceded in death by his first wife, Iva Gene (Storm) Bolin; siblings, Betty Vaeth, Frank Bolin, Norma Jean Smith and Dennis Bruce Bolin; grandson, Kenny Lee Aders; a stepdaughter, Debbie Scherer; step-grandson, Christopher Schwindel; a step-granddaughter, Cantessa Schwindel, and a step-great granddaughter, Mackenzie Wink.
Services will be 10am Monday, October 28, 2024, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with Bro Herald Nix officiating. Burial will follow in New Cliff Cemetery in Cannelton, IN.
Visitation will be from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, October 27, 2024, and from 8:30am until service time on Monday at the funeral home.
