Kevin Richards

Kevin Richards, 72, of Tell City, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2025, at his home.

He was born on May 14, 1953, in East Chicago, IN, to the late Edward and Laura (Canarie) Richards.

After high school Kevin joined the United States Marine Corp. Upon returning home he became a mechanic, running his own car lot “Oldies but Goodies” where he sold vehicles and maintained them for others. Kevin was a member of the Tell City American Legion. He enjoyed eating good food and socializing, especially with his girls at the Dollar General.

Surviving are his daughter, Monica (Donnie) Weatherholt; siblings, Tracy Richards (Terri), Melissa Groves (Dean), and Joe Richards (Cynthia); niece Toni Williams; and grandchildren, Veronica (Will) Meunier, and Lloyd.

In addition to his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his brother, Barry.

Per Kevin's request there will be no services.
