Lena Royal Obituary

Lena Royal, 86, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015 at Transcendent Health Care in Boonville. She was born in Boonville, IN on August 10, 1928 to the late Lora (Winget) and Henry Seavers.

She had worked at General Electric and enjoyed listening to gospel music.

Lean Seavers was married on December 31, 1956 to Robert Royal, who precedes her in death in 2009. Also preceding her in death is a daughter, Brenda; sisters, Ruth Ellen Seavers, Phyllis Hart and Mary Bell Ford; brothers, Lewis, Burt, Charles and infant, Jimmy Seavers.

Surviving is her daughter, Susan Timberlake, and husband Vernon of Owensboro; a sister, Lynette (Jerry) Stepro of Newburgh; a brother, John Seavers of Huntingburg; and a granddaughter, Sarah Timberlake.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 at 11:00 PM CST at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Dan Hopkins will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00-8:00 PM and Friday 9:00-11:00 AM at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.
