Linda Marie Mongillo

Linda M. Lindauer Mongillo, 59, passed away Monday February 21, 2022 at Linda E. White Hospice House in Evansville, IN.

She was born in Tell City, IN on April 20, 1962 the daughter of the late Leroy and Gloria (Lorenz) Lindauer.. She was married to Skip Mongillo on August 22, 1998 who preceded her in death in 2011.

Linda along with her sister, Jeanne traveled to the UK in November 2017 for 2 weeks to meet Dennis Locorriere of Dr. Hook. She was able to attend his concert and visit her dream place of Scotland.

Surviving is her daughter, Lauren Lindauer; a brother Mark (Carolyn Lindauer of Cannelton, IN; sisters, Nancy (Chris) Wheeler of Troy, IN, Lisa (Randy) Musick of Muscadine, AL, Carol (Marty) Vinson, Jeanne Lindauer all of Tell City, IN; grandchildren, Nadja, Jarred, Acacia, Sebastian and Gloria and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Skip and her parents she was preceded in death by her companion, Mike Martin, a niece, Abby, a nephew, Todd and a great nephew, Maddix.

Services will be 1:00 pm Friday, February 25, 2022 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Troy, IN.

Visitation will be from 10:00am to service time Friday at the funeral home.
