Mary Montgomery Obituary
Mary Montgomery, 85, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014 at her home in Tell City.
She was born in New Albany, IN on October 15, 1928 to the late Leo and Mary Agnes (Hubbuch) Spencer.
Mary was a member of St. Paul Church and Daughters of Isabella.
Surviving is her husband, Louie Montgomery of Tell City; children, Bart (Karen) Jarboe of Tell City, Amy (Michael) Gibson of Tell City, Timothy (Heather) Jarboe of Athens, GA, Christina (Doug) Oleson of Tell City, Melissa (Glenn) Davis of Atlanta, GA, Larry (Della) Montogomery of Tell City and Lynn (Jim) Rhodes of Hardinsburg, KY; sisters, Nancy Spencer of Tell City, Elaine (Paul) Seibert of Tell City and Annette (William) LeMaire of Phildephia, PA; brothers, David (Kinko) Spencer of Cary, NC, Jack (Arletta) Spencer of Round Rock, TX and Kent Spencer of Joshua, TX; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by first husband, George Jarboe; and a sister, Lucille Williams.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00AM CST Thursday, July 10, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Father Dennis Duvelius will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
