Mike Reed Obituary

Michael "Mike" Reed, 51, passed away Monday, October 20, 2014 at Professional Care in Dale.

He was born November 2, 1962 in Tell City.

Mike had worked at Schwab Safe and he enjoyed playing euchre, watching old cowboy movies, cooking, spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Gracie.

Surviving is his companion of 30 years, Karon Brinksneader of Tell City; his mother, Marie (Wilson) Reed of Tell City; sisters, Lena Tabor of Madisonville, KY and Debbie Braun of Tell City; and brother, Steve Reed of Troy.

Proceeding him in death is his father, Oscar Lee Reed, and brother, Victor Reed.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM CST Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial in New Cliff Cemetery. Pastor Lee Shepherd will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. -2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
