Murl D. Schwartz

Murl D. Schwartz, 74, passed away Tuesday February 15, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY

He was born in Spencer County, Indiana on January 21,1948 the son of the late Leo and Margaret (Wolf) Schwartz.

Murl served in the Indiana National Guard, was a retired boilermaker and farmer. He enjoyed restoring Allis Chalmers farm equipment, car shows, rat rods and visiting his grandchildren.

Surviving are his daughters, Nikki (Jonathan) Meunier of Tell City, In , Jennifer (Adam) Meunier of Lamar, IN; a brother, Jerry Schwartz of Tell City, IN; grandchildren, Dax, Luke, Ellie, Penelope and Tripp.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers, Earl Schwartz and Dennis in infancy.

Services will be 10:00am Friday, February 18, 2022 at St. Pius Catholic Church in Troy, In with burial in St. Marks Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00pm to 7:00pm Thursday and from 8:30am to 9:15 am Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Marks Catholic Cemetery.
