Patricia Ann Weber Oberhausen, 83, of Tell City, IN, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City.
She was born in Tell City, IN, on December 11, 1941, the daughter of the Virgil and Adeline (Goffinet) Hanloh.
Pat was a 1960 graduate of Tell City High School. She was united in marriage to John Oberhausen on April 17, 1998. During her working career she was the Matron for the Dubois County Security Center. Pat was very involved in her community, participating in organizations from the Legion Auxiliary, VFW Auxiliary, Tell City Moose Lodge, Knights of Columbus, and the Daughters of Isabella. A current member of St. Paul Catholic Church, she also sang at Mass for St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper. Pat enjoyed spending time with her family, and she loved traveling all over the world.
Surviving is her husband of 27 years, John Oberhausen; children, Tammy Weber of Jasper, Todd Weber (Tracy) of Boonville, and Tricia Knies (Dean) of Bretzville; sister, Janice Pruitt (Ray) of Owensboro; brother, Larry Hanloh (Susie) of Tell City; 8 grandchildren, Meagan (Justin), Ben, Hannah, Erin, Margo (Garrett), Max (Haley), Devinn (Samantha), Klayton; 5 great-grandchildren, Brantley, Brynn, Gwen, Ellie, Cora, and one on the way; along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her son, Norman Weber, Jr. and his wife Lynne; siblings, Ralph Hanloh and Betty Sue Snyder; and granddaughter, Lauren.
A Mass to celebrate Pat's life will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
