Perry D. Smith, 57, passed away December 30, 2021 at his home in Tell City.

He was born June 23, 1964 in Corydon, IN the of the late Chester and Mary Bernardi Smith Little who survives.

Perry enjoyed fishing, and playing dice.

Survivors include his mother, Mary (Robert) Little of Tell City; a daughter; Amber Smith of Tell City,IN, his sons Coy Smith of Tell City, Tyler Harrison of Fl. ; sisters, Lisa (Shane) Baughman of Mitchell, IN, Pam Smith, Michelle (Christian) Leigninger , Angela Plaza all of Tell City, IN.

Preceding him in death in addition to his father, are 2 brothers, Jerry Lee Smith and Charles Kevin Smith.

In keeping with Perry's wishes, there will be no visitation or service.
