Randall L. Foster, 75, of Tell City, Indiana, passed away on September 21, 2026, at Brickyard Healthcare. He was born on June 18, 1951, to the late Alfred and Marjorie (Mueller) Foster. Randall graduated from Chrisney High School in 1970.
After high school, Randall proudly served his country with the United States Army, completing two consecutive tours of duty during the Vietnam War. During his time in the Army, he served as a demolition specialist and drove a Deuce-and-a-Half truck. His years of service were an important part of his life and something his family will always remember with pride.
Randall was a hardworking man who spent much of his career in construction. He worked for Malone Brothers and later at Koesters alongside his brother, Tony. He also did rubber roofing with his brother, Bob. Randall later retired from Laborers Local 561. He took pride in his work and in providing for his family.
In his free time, Randall enjoyed arrowhead hunting and being outdoors. He especially enjoyed the excitement of finding something with a little history behind it. He will be remembered for the life he shared with his family and the many memories they made together.
In addition to his parents, Randall was preceded in death by his brothers, George Foster and Bob Foster.
He is survived by his children, Adam Foster of Tell City and Crystal Finney; two grandsons; and his siblings, Steve (Sheila) Foster of Tell City, Jean Foster of Troy, Linda Joines of Tell City, Tony (Joanna) Foster of Newtonville, Donna Foster of Tell City, Peggy Brenner of Huntingburg, and Danny (Debbie) Foster of Newtonville.
