Rose M. Hayden, 62, passed away on Saturday June 10, 2023, at Brickyard Healthcare, in Tell City, IN.
She was born in Owensboro, KY, on May 10, 1961. The daughter of Franklin D. and Mary (Wilson) Aubrey Sr.
Rose graduated from Apollo High School and Ky Wesleyan College. She had worked at Owensboro Health in the Emergency Room. She loved doing charity work and giving back to her community. She could often be found watching one of her favorite TV shows while drinking her coffee. Some of her favorites were, Good Morning American, the Andy Griffith Show, Steve Wilkos, or In the Heat of the Night. Her greatest joy was being with her grand kids. She loved teaching them to paint and how to garden. She enjoyed flowers and was known for never complaining. Rose always had a smile on her face.
Surviving is her stepfather, Denny Tartar; her sons, Charles Titus and C.J. Hayden; siblings, Ronnie Aubrey, Michael Aubrey, Eva Mae Allen, and Barbara Diffacio; six grandchildren, Paul, Hunter, Trentan, Connor, Vash, and Luna; and several adopted sons and daughters.
In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her daughter, Rachel Titus, and her brothers, Frank Aubrey Jr. and Donald Aubrey.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 4:00 pm at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home, with Rose's brother Ronnie Aubrey officiating.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 15, 2023, from 2pm to 4pm at the funeral home.
