Sharon Moseby

Sharon Kay (Powers) Moseby, 77, passed away Saturday June 4, 2022, at St. Vincent Hospital of Evansville, IN.

Sharon was born December 2, 1944, in Cannelton, IN, the daughter of the late Chester and Sally (Garrett) Powers. Sharon married Keith Moseby on February 6, 1962. She retired from the Laborers Union #561. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, photography and was a mother to all woodland creatures that needed her love and help. She wrote articles that were published in the Full Cry squirrel hunt magazine. She was also very talented and enjoyed sharing her creations with her friends.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years Keith Moseby of Evanston, IN, her daughter Robin (Mike) Lockhart of Hardy, VA, her brother Gary (Glenda) Tuttle of Hampton, GA, her grandson Cody Toothman and her great-grandson Riley of Ellettsville, IN

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Keith Moseby and her sister Carolyne Richards.

Services will be at 1:00 pm Tuesday at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm prior to the service.
