Sharon C. Myers

Sharon C. Myers, 85, of New Boston, passed away on Sunday November 12, 2023, at Oakwood Health Campus.

Born June 14, 1938, in New Boston, IN, she was the daughter of the late Adolph and Helen (Bauer) Schulthise.

Sharon graduated from Troy High School in 1956 and went on to obtain her associate degree. She was united in marriage to Roy P. Myers Jr. on June 21, 1959.

Her work history included 35 years of service to North Spencer School Corporation as the secretary at Clay Huff and Lincoln Trail from where she later retired. She was a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ, Homemakers of North Spencer and Troy Senior Citizens. Sharon enjoyed bingo, playing cards, and was an avid reader.

Survivors include her children, Jeff Myers of Dublin, Ohio and Brett Myers of New Boston; and her three grandchildren, Ryan (Emily) Myers, Olivia Myers and Joseph Myers.

In addition to her parents, and husband, Sharon was preceded in death by her brother Larry Schulthise.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30am on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Trinity United Church of Christ with Pastor Derek Roe officiating. Burial will be in Trinity United Church of Christ Cemetery near Fulda, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 3:00pm to 7:00pm on Wednesday November 15, 2023, and from 9:00am to 10:45am Thursday at the funeral home.
