Tim "Buck" Bockhold

Tim “Buck” Bockhold, 54, of Leopold, passed away Wednesday October 11, 2023.

He was born in Tell City, IN, on November 8, 1968, to the late John and Imogene (Howe) Bockhold. Tim was a 1987 graduate of Perry Central High School. He was united in marriage to Tina Roberson on April 14, 2020.

Tim was an Operator with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 181. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post, the Perry County Horseman's Club, and the Leopold Conservation Club. He enjoyed hunting, working on vehicles and being in his garage. He loved spending time with his friends and family, especially his son Zayne.

He is survived by his wife, Tina Bockhold of Leopold; his son, Zayne Bockhold at home; stepdaughter Jacqueline Trowbridge of Indianapolis; siblings, Kevin Bockhold (Carrie) of Dexter, IN, Kim Steen (Steve) of Bandon, IN, Tonya Stillwell (Darrell) of Branchville, IN, and Michele Peter (David) of Gatchel, IN; and sister-in-law, Connie Bockhold.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Jerry, Randy and Neil, and a niece Melissa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00am on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at St. Augustine Catholic Church with burial following in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2:00pm to 7:00pm Monday, October 16, 2023, and from 9:00 to 10:00am Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leopold Conservation Club Restoration Fund.
