Tom Arnold Obituary

Tom Arnold, 79, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at his home in Tell City.

Tom was born in Mariah Hill, on April 2, 1945, to Walter and Josephine (Stallman) Arnold. He was a 1963 graduate of Dale High School. Tom was united in marriage to Charolette Foster on September 19, 1964. He was the owner of Arnold Masonry, and a member of the Moose Lodge 1424 and the Knights of Columbus. Tom liked NASCAR, camping, fishing, his tractors, and attending his grandkids sporting events, but above all his greatest enjoyment was his family.
 

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Charolette Arnold; children, Todd (Cheryl) Arnold of Lamar, Brad (Sherrie) Arnold of Tell City, and Greg (Missy) Arnold of Tell City; seven grandchildren, Cody, Brenna, Eric, Brian, Trent, Mollie, Jenna; eight great-grandchildren, Weston, Autumn, Ty, Layla, Brody, Brock, Harper, and Tate.

 

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brothers, Russell, Roger, and Patrick.

 

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am, Monday, March 3, 2025, at St. Paul Catholic Church, with Fr. Tony Hollowell officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

 

Visitation will be on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 12:00-6:00pm and Monday 9:00-10:30am at the funeral home.
 

Memorial contributions may be made to River's Edge Animal Shelter or St. Paul Catholic Church.
