Whitney "Hootie" Probasco

Whitney “Hootie” B. Probasco, 28, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021.

She was born in Tell City, IN February 17, 1992 the daughter of Carey and Jennifer (Probasco) Kaufman. Whitney enjoyed gardening, flowers and family and was a fan of Marilyn Monroe.

She loved spending every minute she could with her children.

She is survived by her parents, Carey and Jennifer Kaufman of Tell City, IN,; her companion, Jason Grubbs; children, Jaxton and Olivia Grubbs of Tell City, IN; her brother and sister, Cory Kaufman and Katelyn Kaufman of Tell City, IN; grandparents, Mike Kaufman and Brenda Stiles of Tell City, IN, Michelle Grubbs of Cloverport, KY; great grandmother, Patricia Grubbs and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Tuesday January 5, 2021 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Monday January 4, 2021 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home and from 9:00 am to service time Tuesday.

Memorial contributions may be made in care of Carey and Jennifer Kaufman for the benefit of Whitney's children.
