Wilma Jones Obituary

Wilma Pearl Jones, 85, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Cannelton, IN on November 18, 1930 to the late Zefrie (Nash) and Noah Snider. Also preceding her in death are first husband, Earl Mathewson; second husband, Willard Jones; brothers, Bob and Walter Snider; sister, Ruby Verlee Moseby.

Wilma was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed her church and collecting shells.

Surviving are her stepchildren, Donna Kay Johnson, Marty Jones, Tim Jones, and Shellie Jones; sisters, Zelma Fuchs of Evanston, Eva Wittman of Troy and Eileen Talbott, of Tell City; several step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11am CST Friday, April 15, 2016 at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Pastor Mel Matthews will officiate. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-7pm and Friday 9-11am at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home.
